What is required to be a Valence member?

We are building a global family that is both diverse and inclusive. Valence is focused on serving a community of self-identified Black professionals who exemplify excellence. Whether they’re seasoned execs or passionate up-and-comers, our members represent the best black talent in a few core industries that we’re initially focused on: Tech, Media, Entertainment and Finance. We’ll be adding more industries each month so if you’re not in one of our core industries, we’ll be back in touch with you once we’ve added yours. Once you’ve applied, we’ll review your work history and social media persona and be back in touch as soon as we can - usually within a week. In order to become a member of Valence, you must apply through our Site. Valence is a diverse community open to all.
