I just tried to take out cash at an out of network ATM but it was declined, even though I had enough in my account. Why?

In order to withdraw cash from an out-of-network ATM, you need to have sufficient funds to cover the withdrawal amount, any third party ATM fees, and the Greenwood $2.50 ATM Withdrawal Fee. If you don’t have enough money to cover both the withdrawal and the fees, the transaction will be declined.
To avoid fees when you withdraw cash, look for an Allpoint® ATM by visiting their ATM Locator.
